For Sunglasses we dispatch your order within 24 Hours. It takes 2 - 5 days to get delivered to you post-dispatch, based on your location.

For Eyeglasses we dispatch your order within 2 - 5 days. It takes 2 - 5 days to get delivered to you post-dispatch, based on your location.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall New Bright Overseas (chashma4u.com) or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

RETURN POLICY

We will try our best to deliver best product to you and if you feel to return product than we have a 7 days return policy.

For Selected cities 100% Free Pick-up service is available.

When you will cancel or return order we would arrange a pick-up at your location within 3-5 days thereafter.

We will refund 100% amount paid by you for Eyeglasses & Sunglasses.

In case you will courier us than we will refund entire amount that you paid + courier charges* paid by you. And for courier charges you have to share with us courier slip through mail at support@chashma4u.com

(* Maximum amount for courier charges can be Rs.100/-)

Once we receive the product at our warehouse we will inspect it to ensure that it is the same product and in same condition which we send you. Thereafter we will refund your amount which you paid.

We will refund the money back to you via the original mode of payment and if you have paid through Cash On Delivery (COD), your money will be refunded via NEFT to your bank account.

Note: You must initiate the return process within 7 days from receipt of your product.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RETURN TO BE COMPLETED

Based on the return method chosen it normally takes 10-16 business days for you to get refund assuming that the product is received back to us in its original condition. This time may vary if you choose your own courier to return the product.

The colour of our product may be different from the one on chashma4u.com

We will use third parties like courier companies to deliver products that you order on our website. And we will share your details with that courier company to deliver your order.

We would like to recommend you to consult an eye doctor regarding any kind of problem with your eyes.

By accessing chashma4u.com or registering yourself at our website you authorize us to contact you via phone or email irrespective of the fact that you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to contact you through call / sms or mail.

We are liable only for the purchase price of any item purchased by you from this website.

For any dispute or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement / Purchase shall be brought resolved by a court having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within New Delhi, India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law.

(ii)        Any violation by You of this Agreement or the SSOID Agreement

(iii)       Any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by You herein. New Bright Overseas(Chashma4u.com) reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify New Bright Overseas(Chashma4u.com), including rights to settle, and You agree to cooperate with New Bright Overseas(Chashma4u.com)’s defense and settlement of these claims. New Bright Overseas(Chashma4u.com) will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
